I can't remember at the moment, but I don't think that's the right shout.  You can turn on subtitles or general subtitles to see what it is... Or it might be pronounced "foos" or something IDK.

I have all the words found and learned for the one that gives you a fast sprint, but I have never heard the third word and I've noticed that the words are spoken at varying speeds, which I'm guessing is intentional, but I still don't hear the third word.  Maybe I'm doing something wrong.

Since it's PC only I haven't paid much attention, but what kind of output is one supposed to make with the creation kit?  Mission editor?  new towns?

Anything you want really.  It's the same tool they used to make the game.  (Though of course not made as simple for new-comers as LBP tried to be.)
