Check out the video in this link.  It really seems like a cool maze game.

Hey, paintball based gaming! I wonder if we'll get something to shoot at? It's a curious mix of old D&D like maze gameplay along with a FPS seek-the-enemy assault.

A good find, even if the rooftop section with the switch to white did cause me to think that they have a massive pidgeon problem... ;D

Going to keep an eye out for this.

lol at the pigeon problem!

It would be cool to change colors of course, but I can see the beauty in black and white too.  It would be neat to have two players searching for an object somewhere in the maze.  I also think having some enemies or traps at least would add to the tension.

Yup, the black and white works for me too - it's just my strange mind at work again.

I got the impression that a hunt of some kind was in progress, especially when approaching the door into the flip-side and also the rooftops - the POV became very cautious, taking a classic military approach line.

Intriguing, to say the least.

more on it from the Blog

They got a similar deal as thatgamecompany, so hopefully that means at least a few PSN exclusives worth looking forward to!

So far I'm liking this little game.  It's got a unique look and feel.  I haven't played that much yet, but I got to the point where you're in the city and shooting water instead of paint and just got through some sections to begin growing vines.

It's kind of cathartic actually.  The "puzzles/navigation" aren't particularly hard, and exploration results in finding the scattered balloons which buys you some "upgrades" of sorts.  Moving with the Move is done well, I can do it while riding my exercise bike in the morning :)  - so far there hasn't been any frenetic gameplay.

More thoughts after I get further along...

The game is quite enjoyable, though not on the same page as say, Journey. TUFS should have been $9.99 imo.  I'm not done yet, and I'm compelled to play it, but it doesn't quite give the same zen-like atmosphere of a TGC game.

Thanks for the insight - we'll probably still get it as it is quite a unique game, plus the change in 'method' does sound interesting too.

The game mechanic changed again lol, I won't give too much away if you're thinking of getting it, but you kind of step into an alt reality and do things that affect your world to help with your platforming requirements  :)

I'm not the fastest player, but it's definitely taking me longer than the "2 hours" quotes going around - people reviewing must just blow through most of it and estimate the time, making it sound short to improve their appearance as an awesome jaded gamer.  Then everyone else just repeats those times.  I think I'm nearing the end though - I just had a bit of the "reveal" of the storyline  :P

Yeah, a lot of them seem to want to have the fastest time and seem to have missed the point entirely.

Sounds even more intriguing now  ;D

I wrapped up the story this morning.  Nicely done ending with the story coming to a close about how I expected once the "reveal" was made.   Nicely done credits too actually, pretty novel idea.  I may venture back in to find the remainining balloons.  I'm interested to see how it plays with a DS3 vs. the Move I was using.
